Guys! This is Phoebe Adams new house. I remodeled it just for her and Joey.
Now that Joey's off to college she alone again, or is she? LoL
The original back entrance was smaller, so I increased this area and made it large
and moved it over a mark or two as well as the door.
I took out the little hallway and extended the Master BR. Also made the BR a little larger.
I knocked out the wall so that the Kitchen had more room.
My sims did not have much room for Rec, so I added a room over the garage.
Here they can get a good work out and not be cramped.
