This shell of a house was left by the builders, you need to finish the house for a family that is starting they don't care how much it costs. The house is on a 30x30 lot. Deadline is Aug 4 (it can be changed if needed.)

You can add door, windows, etc.

you can't move walls or the stair case or you can change the roof to something that you like or you can recolor the one that comes with it

***if you dont have the other stuff packs or expansion pack for the stairs you can use the regular one***
you need to furnish the house inside and out you can recolor items etc.

I started it. But, then I just read we can't change the stair case. I don't have all the expansions/stuff packs that you have so the spiral stair case doesn't show in my game. crying

Maybe after I install World Adventures and Showtime it will be in there. If not, then I guess I'm out. Not to mention I think I placed the lot in the wrong direction. crying

(quick note: the chairs for the chess table need to be fiddled with a bit. also there may be a patch of carpet in the downstairs living area that may be wrong. i'm not sure, but there may be :p i'm really sorry!)
