| OM! I can't even get into my Photobucket. I was using it last night, but it shows me as if I am logged on, but I can't even select my name to logoff. When I try to look at my Library, nothing happens. I've tried to select Help, nothing. Has anyone had this problem? Not sure if I should Delete it and install again. | |

| Hi BBdoll. Photobucket is a photo hosting site, not a program so it can't be uninstalled, only logged in and out as you have an account with them. Sometimes if you have a pc cleaning program, it can clear the cookies to a site so you may have to re-log in once in a while. Have you tried to log back in? Or is there a problem that's preventing you from logging in? | |

| When I call up Photobucket, it shows my name there as if I'm already logged in. So I try to see my Library but nothing. I tried to log out and log back in, but can't log out. | |

| Okay. I think all the problems you're having can be resolved by clearing your internet browsers cache. What browser are you using, Internet Explorer? To clear the cache for IE, click on lthe cogwheel on the upper right of the browser, select "Safety", and then "Delete browsing history. Then check the boxes (they probably are already checked) Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History, then slect "delete". Try this BBdoll and see if this doesn't solve the problem. | |
