Family Park!

This is my first Community Lot. Must point out there's a 'Bug' with the Mailbox. For some reason, despite me changing the lot and bulldozing, the mailbox remained. Reported the problem and it seems I'm not the only one who is having that problem. Therefore, I came up with a resolution - for now - until they can find a fix. I built a wall around the mailbox and placed a Statue on top! extrahappy

Whala! I think it gave my park a touch of class. So here is my first community lot, "Family Park".

Size is (40x30) and Cost is ($61,118).

I have also loaded the Boy's/Girl's Restrooms separately. Boy's Restroom - Size (5x3) Cost ($6,474).
Girl's Restroom - SiZe (5x5) Cost ($9,052).
