i have not built this lot. if you play sunset valley then you will be familiar with this lot. all i have done is moved the garage to the side of the lot freeing up more garden space. i added a pool to the back of the garden. and inside i have just redecorated it and added much nicer furniture.
right now im not 100% on what it requires for download, there is some stuff from the store not sure if it will show up if not the game will just replace those items automatically.
