| Hello everyone! I have made a dorm for you all today! It has 26 single bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair and a wardrobe. They are very plain so your Sims can decorate them however they want to! Downstairs has 14 bedrooms and upstairs had 12. There is a bathroom and a common room on both the levels and downstairs has a big kitchen and dining room as well. There is also a spa, keg, fire pit and picnic tables out back. This lot was originally built on a 30-something by 47 lot, which is why the yard is a lot bigger than it is in the picture, so you will need a 50x50 lot to make it fit. You'll need: 70's, 80's & 90's Stuff Ambitions Fast Lane Stuff Generations High End Loft Stuff Late Night Pets Seasons Showtime Supernatural Town Life Stuff and University (obviously lol) It is zoned as a dormitory. |  Hi Katee, Very nicely done.  I like the space and the fact that there would be lots of other students for any Uni student to get to know. If my Uni students doesn't have a sweetheart than a dorm like this would be great. When, he or she goes to Uni along with their sweetheart, I usually put them in a smaller dorm. When Gavin Newton (a recreation of Gavin Newson from TS2) went to Uni, he met his sweetheart, Cadence Larrea there and they are now married with two children, daughter, Genesis and son, Geoffrey (who is the heir to the mini-challenge that I'm doing with the recreated Newson family). So, I put Gavin in a larger dorm.  Lilly | |
