| Available: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath country cottage surrounded by flowering hedges. Stone paved driveway hopefully convertible to real. To the left of the house is a flat grassy area with room for swings, small pool, or garden. Price fully furnished 107,143 simoleons.  Rear of house has back door with access to yard and second floor balcony off master bedroom.  Front door opens onto short hallway and guest bath. Turn right into the living room with stone fireplace.  Adjoining the living room is formal dining room for six. A double arch leads to eat-in kitchen with plenty of counter space.   Oak staircase leads to second floor bedrooms including master with private bath and balcony, and two other bedrooms with single beds and convenient hall bathroom. |  Hi Tricia, What beautiful cottage--a house of flowers. Mediafire actually let me download it. So, I'll have it as one of my house choices for my Sims. I'm sure they will be very happy with it. Excellent job!  Lilly  PS So, since Mediafire allowed me to download the Cottage de Fleurs, I thought I'd try the Cactus Flower house again. No luck on that one--just get general info on the site. Thought it was worth trying.
