[solved]Sims Stuck in bed

i have two of my favorite sims and they are stuck in bed!!!! I tried to X the action but it's not working!!!!! please Help

did you try reseting your sims? by entering the move object on cheat and move your sims off the bed and then turn the moveobject cheat by entering off rather than on

how do you launch the cheats? because I actually didn't do that.

it is ctrl, shft and c at the same time a blue box will pop near top of screen and use the reset sim option

this is solved. the cheats wasn't working so I moved them out and moved them back in again! they lost all their stuff but at least now I can get creative with their house.
