New modern lot i am working on right now, doesn't look much at the moment but that is the shell of the house finished all wall's, floors, windows & doors all fitted Smile now to decorate and furnish it and landscape it Smile.

Wow! bravo This is gonna be beautiful. yay I saw something in a flyer that I received in the mail, that had a home listed that had these features, only it was just a (2) story. I was thinking about creating one like it. But I heartpump yours. Wish I could load it.

so here is my progress so far. i decided to add a pool on the roof Smile but will add one in the garden too. and i also added a cellar. the landscaping is nearly finished then it is just decorating and furnishing to do then upload it Smile i have managed so far not use any cc.

well i have certainly surprised myself with this lot lol. i have just about finished landscaping it. i have now added a pool in the back garden, a bbq eating area and also a stable to house 2 horses the stable looks brilliant too i am really pleased with this lot. so i am now moving on to decorating and furnishing the inside but before i do that i will package this lot unfurnished as i will upload 2 versions of it Smile i know some simmers like to decorate and furnish lot's to their own taste so from now i shall be doing that Smile i won't upload any more pictures of this i think i will keep y'all in suspense over this residential lot. it is my best sims 3 build yet! :rowofhearts:
